Job Opportunity: Tech Savvy Admin. Assistant | Office + E-Commerce + Marketing

International Air Tool and Industrial Supply Company is a specialty distributor of industrial grade pneumatic tools, diaphragm pumps, and chain hoists. We service manufacturing and industrial facilities regionally, nationally, and globally. Our business model is a hybrid between traditional selling and e-commerce. We are a very small, but fast growing company.

We have an IMMEDIATE need for a very well rounded administrative person that can perform the following tasks:

AP/AR, working with large CSV files in Excel, expediting open sales orders, processing payroll, calculating commissions, pricing matrix updates, pricing maintenance and management, back up customer service, answering phones, adding new products to our online store, removing obsolete products. Paying sales tax, creation of work flow instructions and standard operating procedure documents. Trade show coordination, occasional blog and social media posts. Assisting with the management, ordering, and organization of inventory. Filing and organizing documents. Back up shipping and receiving, coordinating marketing projects with contractors locally and abroad (flyers, direct mail, SEO/SEM, social media). Acting as the overall administrative anchor of the organization. Yes, you will wear many hats in this role!
